Led by Terry Dehere and Anthony Avent, PJ Carlesimo's Seton Hall Pirates went 25-9 during the 1990-1991 season. The Pirates finished the season ranked #13 in the AP Poll after starting the season unranked. Seton Hall earned a No. 3 seed in the West Region of the NCAA Tournament where they made it all the way to the Regional Final before losing to No. 1 seed UNLV, 77-65.
